Keys ~
Your reservation confirmation will include a code
number for access to your room key. To access our condo,
you’ll find the lockbox to the left of the
door. Use the pass code we provide you upon reservation. This
is your room key for your stay. Please put all keys in the Key
Drop Box located in the closet when you leave.
Check-in/Checkout ~
Check-in time is 3:00pm and checkout is 11:00am unless prior
arrangements have been made.
Bridge to the Beach ~
When the bridge has been extended for use, you will be provided
with a key for access. The bridge is usually closed in late September/early
October when weather conditions worsen. There is alternate beach
access just past the Hawk Creek Café.
Linens ~
We provide all your linens, including beach towels for your use
on the deck and beach. Our cleaning service will launder
the linens upon your departure. Additionally, the Resort does
have laundry facilities for your convenience.
Upon Departure, Please ~
- Clean your dishes
- Pull blinds down
- Turn heat to lowest setting
- Turn off all lights
- Put keys in drop box
- Make sure to tightly close and lock all windows and doors
House Rules ~
- No smoking or pets in our condo
- No barbecues allowed on the premises
- Be courteous to your neighbors
- No feeding seagulls from the deck
- No loud music
- Observe the outside stairs quiet time rule (10pm-8am)
